We have not been doing a lot of crafts because we have taken on a much bigger project. We bought a 30 year old house and are transforming it into a veterinary practice. We bought this house:

First, we had to remove the carpet and cabinets. Who would want to remove this beautiful carpet. One of the bedroom had orange shag carpet, a real beauty.

We had to tear out the walls in the garage.

We had to build tons of new walls.

Dig holes for the sign.

Pretty temporary sign.

Close in garage and put on vinyl siding.

We had to work on the back of the house to give the sun room (new surgery room) extra support.

Add parking spaces.

We had to paint.

And a paint some more.

We got new floors put in,we did not do this.

We stained the cabinets, installed and put on the counter tops.

We still have a lot more to do but it is coming to an end soon, hopefully. We are hoping to open the first week of Feb. It has been a lot of work, but I think it will be worth it. I am definitely learning about sweat equity.
